Network Consulting Group's Partner programs offer substantial compensation for leads that result in sales of new voice or data services. More importantly, NCG's 16+ years of provisioning and back-office experience gives our partners the comfort and knowledge that recommending NCG reflects positively on them. We provide our partners with detailed plans, written confirmations, and provisioning due date validations. We do the planning, so you don’t have to.

If you have a customer that is moving, expanding, or upgrading their telecommunications infrastructure, earn up-front and residual compensation when working with us.

Our partners receive:

Pre-Sales Assistance. We perform bill analysis and produce carrier proposals. We generate contracts and complete forms and technical specifications. We are familiar with many different phone systems and know how to order network services that work with your equipment.

Installation Support. We take care of the little details to ensure you and your customer are satisfied. For example, in addition to normal binding post information, we also make sure a tester is assigned before the installation cutover. We ensure existing services are disconnected with a referral or call forward.

24x7 Installation Support. We monitor after-hours cutovers to ensure orders are completed as ordered.

Post Sales Support. We will continue to help with customer service including billing and service tickets.
